Hotel Review: Hyatt Regency Bellevue | Executive Suite

Introduction | Hyatt Regency Bellevue

Just a few weeks ago, I had reviewed the Hyatt Regency Bellevue Corner King Suite, as it was a great renovated product and a strong offering of perfectly blend of modern elegance and impeccable service.

Conveniently located near Bellevue Square and other major attractions, this hotel is a haven for both business and leisure travelers. With its sleek architecture and stylish interiors, the Hyatt Regency Bellevue promises a memorable stay, boasting world-class amenities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I had come back to Bellevue for work, and placed a night stay here. Check-in was a breeze, and Maxwell, my Guest Experience Specialist at the hotel, politely upgraded me to an executive suite after a few introductions over the email. If you ever need help or want to make your experience at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue amazing, just look for him!

Executive Suite | Room 349

Spanning over 750+ square feet, this massive suite was a pleasant surprise and one that I enjoyed for the night. While the Executive Suite at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue may start to feel a bit outdated, with its the vast amount of quite space, I’d actually prefer this over the corner suite king. If views aren’t really your thing, this is the one suite to get. If you like views and prefer a corner room, then the Corner King Suites are much better.

While some elements might be considered slightly dated, the suite exudes a very warm environment that adds character and a sense of home. The classic design elements create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making guests feel like they've stepped into a space that has stories to tell. Beyond the trends, the Executive Suite offers comfort and a touch of nostalgia, providing a unique and memorable stay that goes beyond the fleeting styles of the moment.

One standout feature of the Executive Suite is the amazing shower pressure experience. The shower pressure is nothing short of amazing, providing a spa-like experience that leaves guests feeling refreshed and revitalized. Honestly, this might be the strongest shower pressure bathroom that I’ve been to in the United States. I bet a lot of guests will be taken aback by the sheer power of the shower.

The living room in the Executive Suite is a versatile space that caters to both business and family needs. For business travelers, it serves as a sophisticated meeting area where deals can be discussed and presentations can unfold. The ample seating, along with a well-appointed work desk, creates an environment conducive to productivity. On the flip side, for families, the living room transforms into a cozy hub for relaxation and bonding. Whether it's game night, movie time, or simply unwinding after a day of exploration, the living room in the Executive Suite becomes the heart of the family's temporary home.

The thoughtful layout and design of the living room make it adaptable to various needs, ensuring that whether you're here for business or pleasure, the Executive Suite provides the ideal setting for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast | Eques

I had a great time at breakfast last time around, and couldn’t wait for 7am to ring in. From yummy pastries to custom-made omelets, Eques has something for everyone. The restaurant is so pretty, making it perfect for a relaxed family breakfast or even a special morning meeting. The staff is super nice, and the menu has everything to make sure your breakfast is the best part of your day at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Honestly, this has been such a great property for breakfast, especially with their breakfast BLT and their chicken apple sausage omelet. Health-conscious guests will appreciate Eques's commitment to offering nutritious breakfast options. Fresh fruit platters, yogurt parfaits, and wholesome granola bowls provide a guilt-free yet satisfying start to the day.

Lastly, the friendly and attentive staff at Eques ensures that your breakfast experience is not just about the food but also about the warm and welcoming service. Both time, my servers went beyond their normal routine to make sure every guest is taken care of.

Conclusion | Hyatt Regency Bellevue

In summary, the Executive Suite at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, with its massive living room, invigorating shower experience, and quiet space, offers a stay that goes beyond the surface. It's a space that caters to the diverse needs of guests, providing a blend of comfort, functionality, and a touch of nostalgia that makes it a worthwhile choice for those seeking a unique and memorable hotel experience.

If you’re debating which suite to get - the executive suite offers more for the money in terms of space, but lacks the views, whereas the Corner Suites offer great views but less space. Overall, both are fantastic as the hotel itself is such a great delight.
